We begin any engagement by working closely with client and partner teams to develop an understanding of business conditions, objectives, and challenges. We work to clarify business challenges-to-be-resolved and how they relate to technology and other business goals.

We develop models capturing the topography of existing and planned conditions, system data sources and structure, users and their workflows. The research, analysis, and documentation we perform generate a critical and enduring asset to the business - a complete, annotated digital model of the business (or some portion thereof) on which future technology projects can be based, with accountability and consistency.
