Operational Readiness Digital Dashboard Prototype
129th Rescue Wing at Moffett Field / Macromedia
The Challenge
Working in close collaboration with the 129th RQW and Macromedia Government, Aviamedia set out to develop a Flex digital dashboard pilot application for the 129th RQW to highlight how dashboard technology can rapidly speed information-to-decision cycles for critical groups such as the special operations community.
Aviamedia Approach
We conducted analysis on the existing workflows and types of data being gathered, stored and shared within the Wing, as well as requirements for secure integration with outside sources. We also conducted design sessions with SME's to strategically combine data into information.
The Results
After a detailed business process analysis of the 129th Rescue Wing, created a fully-skinned Flex digital dashboard
Benefits Summary
Reduced time for information gathering. Easy to use, requires minimal training. Reduced client-side software asset management; uses a common web browser. Access to multiple data systems through a single interface. Increased situational awareness through real-time data.
