The Challenge
Design and create a media center application with multi-zone HD support as well as streaming content sources. Must be simple to set up and use.
Aviamedia Approach
We met with customers and CEDIA installers, as well as content providers, and created a system which wraps and enhanced Windows Media Center, adding significant functionality, specifically multi-zone, streaming HD and synced multi-room audio. We made media libraries easier to use through a simple and elegant series of user interface for . Both CEDIA installers and private customers a strong alternative to a much higher-priced home media system.
The Results
The system has generated a lot of positive press and industry response due to its innovative HD solution as well as its engaging and enjoyable interface design.
