With more than 10 years in software development, starting as a developer and evolving into a senior architect, Alejandro brings a team-based approach to designing, building, and maintaining large, distributed software solutions using a range of technologies. In the role of system architect / development manager, Alejandro has lead projects targeting a wide variety of problem domains – from large agribusiness farm management systems to real-time, distributed whole-house entertainment and control systems. Bringing experience, curiosity, and an ability to “think outside the box”, Alejandro picks things up quickly and loves what he does.
James Goudy

Combining nearly 20 years of design and production experience in software, web, print and rich media, James both understands the evolving technical landscape, and how to effectively communicate a message through words and images. James conceptualizes and designs experiences which seamlessly connect people and the information they seek, building efficiency, trust, and reward for all involved. James' creative team executes a well-practiced design methodology which is in sync with the technical architecture for any given project or target platform.
David Tryon
Partner, Systems and Software Consultant
David brings nearly four decades of experience specializing in Data Architecture & Data Modeling, Data/Process/SDLC Methods, Requirements Engineering, and QA/QC in telecommunications, financial services, sales & distribution, and real-time control systems. Built on a foundation of over 15 years as a systems analyst developing code from COBOL to ASP and T-SQL, David went on to teach, extend, mentor and document corporate SDLC’s and Database development methods. He brings significant hands-on database experience with SQLServer, Oracle, and Access RDBMS’s through all phases of their development: data modeling, normalization, data mapping, and physical table & view design.
Ron Lessack
Technology Operations & Management Consultant
Ron brings over thirty years total management experience in the video entertainment, semiconductor capital equipment and military electronics industries including complete P&L responsibility. Around the office, we all know Ron for his outstanding people and organizational skills. One of the co-founders of FUZE Media, a home entertainment start-up focused on providing an easy to use integrated software / hardware platform that allows accessing and sharing music, photos , video and TV around the entire home. Ron is responsible for Aviamedia project requirements including hardware engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, service and support, installation, human resources, and accounting.
